Telephone System Maintenance

PRP Telecom provide telephone system maintenance contracts, whether you are looking for the standard 9 – 5 Monday to Friday maintenance contract or bespoke 24 hour contracts PRP telecom can provide a telephone system maintenance contract to suit your requirements.

After a call is logged with our service desk, the call is allocated to an engineer who will own that log. If the call requires a site visit or a replacement parts this is all included in your contract.

You also will have allocated a dedicated account manager, who will help and assist you with any non service related issues such as moves, adds and changes but also on how to get the most out of your telephone system.
