After a call is logged with our service desk, the call is allocated to an engineer who will own that log. If the call requires a site visit or a replacement parts this is all included in your contract.
You also will have allocated a dedicated account manager, who will help and assist you with any non service related issues such as moves, adds and changes but also on how to get the most out of your telephone system.
